Step 1. Turn on your shower to your desired temperature and hop in. First things first--wash your hands. Step 2. Wash your face. Lather up with your favorite cleanser and scrub down your face and neck. Step 3. Lather up your loofah or washcloth, whichever your prefer, with bar . Using bar soap is important for optimal cleanliness. Now, use your sudsy sponge to wash the top half of your body thoroughly--ears, neck, shoulders, arms, abdomen...everything above your navel gets a cleaning at this step. Step 4.Take a break from the soap, it's time to shampoo. Squeeze the appropriate amount of your shampoo into your palms, rub together, and lather up your head and scalp thoroughly for about 2 minutes. Now rinse it all out. Step 5.Now apply conditioner to your hair. Use as much as needed, as conditioner is crucial in keeping hair soft and silky. Because conditioner needs to soak, leave it on as you continue with the steps below. Step 6.Grab your loofah/washcloth and soap again. Time to wash everything from your abdomen down to your feet. Don't forget your toes! Step 7.With conditioner still soaking on your head, use your favorite scented or moisturizing bodywash--lather up your loofah or washcloth again. Wash your whole body casually with the bodywash. This second coat of cleaning ensures that you will be clean and smelling sweet and fresh! Step 8.You can shave your legs with the bodywash, or use this time to shave your legs with shaving cream. Also, this is the time when you can use shaving cream to shave your armpits and any other areas on your body that you would like to shave. Step 9.Now for the final rinse. Rinse out the conditioner, preferably with cold water for added moisture and silkiness. Leave a little in to keep conditioning even after you exit the showerTurn off that steaming shower, towel off, and you are done. Cleaner than ever with time to spare!
