In Tree-Nation, we believe our communication manager should be YOU. Suggest us new ways to reach a larger audience, create our communication materials and help us spread them to the world. Communicating on saving our planet is a task for all! |

It would be good to get a "wave" running throughout the Blogosphere about the project. This might bring more interested people who either sponsor trees or/and spread the word about the project as well as there might come up new interesting contacts with people who might be able to help. |

| Great suggestions, and please keep us updated on any progress. Max has already started competitions in Flickr, so help spread the word. We just need to get that snow ball rolling... | |

| It would be good to get a "wave" running throughout the Blogosphere about the project. This might bring more interested people who either sponsor trees or/and spread the word about the project as well as there might come up new interesting contacts with people who might be able to help. I checked the "Blogosphere" regarding Tree-Nation and there is only little about it to find - at least if you search via google-blog-search. I for example am going to post about tree-nation, the 8 million tree-project and the problems of desertification in my (german) blog tomorrow to spread the word. Maybe some readers will come and check it out or even buy a tree or support the project in another way. Once you get a real "wave" running throughout the blogosphere it will be picked up in other countries too and more and more people will come to know about it. So try to reach Blogger and get them to spread the word. Mylens - who is a member of tree-nation too for example mentioned the project over at flickr where a lot of people can be reached too! Maybe I will go and mention it over there too then other flickrs might mention it and come over ... another wave ... which might help the project. Or you start a "group" at flickr called "tree-nation" and collecting images of trees & deserts - there you could tell about the project too just some suggestions. |
