 Hello

I have a couple of terrace on which I planted some flowers that don't need much water...especially on the south terrace I choose lavender, rosemary and also other aromathic plants are perfect too...
on the other terrace which receive morning sunlight I also got some bulbs that brings many colours in spring time!
Soon I will add some more vases to create a sort of green wall...I am working on this!

I have tried several plants and all of them have died or are not doing well. I think this is maybe due to the extreme sunlight they get in the afternoon or because of the air, since we have very busy streets close by. In fact I have never seen a spider in my place, which makes me think that if even they do not want to live their maybe me and my plants shouldn't either...

If your terrace gets enough sunlight all through out the day, then you can go for any theme you want!

Mint is a great plant not only for Mojitos but for cooking recipes! It is easy to plant a great to have in your terrace!

I have plenty of cactus on my balcony, around 20 (some of them are huge, taller than me !). This year, i started a vegetable garden for the first time : tomatoes, cucumber, and courgette. They are now a bit sick (!!!) but i got and still get vegetables and fruits ! it's fun.

I get 7 hours of sun every day (i am afraid 4 would not be enough for tomatoes - but you can try to plant radish or salad).

Inside i also have plants, but i do not know their english name. In French : crassula, aloe vera, chlorophytum, pothos, yucca, dracaena, in each room (i have 2 rooms !!!).

I personally put some fake grass on my little balcony, and I loooove walking barefoot on it!

I also planted some mint, and i would like to have some more plants, but i do not know wich ones are easy to take care of, and I only get 4 hours of sun every day..so let me know!
