Do you think that making strolls can reduce stress or depression?

I have greatly benefited from taking a hike or walk with my dog. I also enjoy biking with her. We have a great time. Also, going down by the lake and relaxing while she runs around. It really helps me relax doing these things. Nature has always relieved me of anxieties.

Yoga, helps a lot too! Love it!

kayaking at night is my favorite way of reducing stress. the waters are calm, you get a great view of towns across plus its good excercise too!
More and more building designs incorporate "green space" as a health-promoting benefit for occupants.  New hospitals and workplaces, for instance, are including indoor waterfalls and gardens, large viewing windows, skylights, wall murals of nature scenes, easy access to mini-parks such as an inner courtyard, and so on.  There have been many scientific studies which correlate contact with nature, even if only through art, with increased physical and psychological health and well-being.  You've probably noticed an increased use in more natural building materials such as, for example, ceramic and clay floor tiles rather than vinyl linoleum.   There have been studies done on cultures with extreme longevity which indicate that particular diets (such as less meat), cohesive social community, and beautiful views of and contact with nature are common factors, regardless of where these cultures are located in the world.  Nature, in its purity and vigor, seems to be a potent healing force independent of any other and closely connected to the needs of the soul of Man.

Strolls are good....and massages....and yoga is very good too....

What I usually do to feel better is listening music, play guitar, or just sleep tight....
