Privacy Policy
In accordance with the Spanish LO 15/1999, dated 13 December, regarding Personal Data Protection (LOPD), Neovee Solutions, S.L. (the Company) informs the user that:
The Company has adopted all legally required technical and organizational measures under all relevant data protection laws. Any personal data that has been compiled regarding any user is compiled automatically and incorporated in the appropriate files, named “USERS”, duly registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Any such file will be considered confidential by this Company or any other entity affiliated with the Company.
The compilation and automatic filing of personal data will only be used for any contractual relationship that might be established between the Company and any user and in relation to statistical data, training-related activities, marketing efforts, etc. To the extent that any user data is used for marketing efforts, the Company will explicitly identify it as such.
The personal data files compiled in the file labelled “USERS” will only be provided when required with the express objective of fulfilling the ends previously mentioned.
To the extent that the Company is responsible for any filings, the Company assumes the obligations set forth in the LOPD and will act in accordance with any instructions applicable to the party responsible for filings. The Company will not apply or use the data for any purposes not stated in any contract between the Company and the user.
The user may, in any moment, exercise its rights of access, modification, cancellation and opposition as provided in the LOPD. The user may exercise any such rights by ‘Editing your personal information’ or emailing legal@tree-nation.com. The user may also exercise these rights on the terms and conditions set forth under the applicable law and may consult www.agpd.es for further information.
The Company is committed to protecting users' privacy rights and to making the user’s experience as enjoyable as possible.
Please note that this privacy policy primarily covers how the Company uses personal data that has been submitted to it or that the Company receives from a user. Personal data includes, but is not limited to, names and email addresses. This policy only covers the website www.tree-nation.com (the Web Site). It does not cover any other companies or websites or users of other third parties.
Pursuant to the LOPD, the user hereby accepts that all information provided by such user to the Company will be included in data protection files with the purpose of guaranteeing proper attention to the user as well as for possible commercial operations that may be derived therefrom. Any such files will be considered confidential by the Company or any other entity related to the Company.
How do we use personal information?

Cookies
Each time a user visits the Web Site, the user’s web browser may be assigned "cookies", which may include but is not be limited to, information about the user’s IP address, specific type of browser and the pages visited in the Web Site. Cookies by themselves do not reveal the identity of an individual user. Rather they identify the user’s browser. Cookies are primarily used to provide user convenience and customized contents, such as automatically signing in a user each time he or she visits the Web Site, and/or providing interesting sales promotions. Editing your personal information
Any personal information held by us is available to the user at any time to view or edit via his profile. To access or edit your personal information visit your profile located at www.tree-nation.com You will need to LOG-IN with your email and password to see your Profile information. From the ‘Profile POP-IN’ you can directly edit or erase your personal information by clicking the link ‘edit my profile’. You can edit all information from the screen, including changing the email address. However, if you wish to cancel the account completely please send an email to: legal@tree-nation.com. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that you have made the request. You will then need to click the link and we will erase all account information from our system.
Password protection
Please keep all passwords in a safe place. The Company strongly advises users to change their passwords frequently and not to share their accounts with anyone.
The Web Site will never ask for a user’s password, other than during the login and sign up process.
Any party claiming to be a representative, subsidiary or affiliate of the Company that asks for a password does not represent the Company in any condition or capacity.
How does the company protect personal information?
The Company will do everything in its power to protect users’ personal information but no internet traffic can be guaranteed to be 100% safe and secure. Therefore, the Company does not ensure or guarantee the security of any information sent or transmitted, and by doing so, the user does so at his or her own risk.

The Company reserves the right to change the Web Site’s privacy policy at any time for any reason. Users might be informed if that the Company updates this privacy policy.

Our Commitment
No False Advertising
The Company does not condone false advertising. Please note that for these purposes typographical or other such errors in any of the pages that make up our Web Site will not be deemed to constitute false advertising, provided that such errors are the results of maintenance issues or the incomplete or faulty uploading of information contained within the Web Site. To this end, the Company agrees to correct any such errors as quickly as possible upon learning of such errors. To the extent that any false advertising is the result of user-generated content, the Company likewise agrees to correct or delete any such materials as quickly as possible upon learning of such errors.
Not to Send Marketing Materials without Appropriate Identification
In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 about Information Society Services and e-commerce, the Company agrees not to send marketing or other promotional materials by e-mail or any other equivalent electronic format without properly identifying such communication as such. In any case, the Company will not send any such materials that the user has not previously requested or otherwise authorized.
Please note that for these purposes, the phrase “marketing and other promotional materials” does not include any information sent to a user by the Company regarding the maintenance of the client relationship, or any activities related to information, training or other activities related to the object of the client’s relationship with the Company.
In any case, the user always has the right to revoke its consent to receive marketing or promotional materials by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all such material..
Liabilities
The Company is not and will not be liable for any harms and damages produced by or that might be produced by the use of any information or materials contained on the Web Site and/or any related programs. The links and hyperlinks that exist on the Web Site and allow the user to reach a third-party website are beyond the Company’s control.
The Company is not and will not be liable for any use of the Web Site that a user might make with regard to the Web Site’s services, contents, links or hyperlinks.
The Company is not and will not be liable for any illegitimate uses by third parties that might damage the brand, trademark or commercial name of any entity that appears on the Web Site. The Company also declines liability for the truth, veracity or correctness of any content that a user might reach via a link or hyperlink on the Web Site.
The Company is not and will not be liable for any virus that might originate in any transmission from any third party or any third-party product.
